The Kelly Auto Group has hands-down provided me with the best car buying & service experience I have ever had (& I’ve bought ALOT of cars in my time). To start off, they were very accommodating to the fact that I was coming from out of state by providing me with numerous additional pictures, walk around videos, and prompt email responses to questions. I worked with Mike Yeager through my initial viewing and test drive of the car as well as the purchase. He was well-versed in the vehicle I was looking at, and very friendly throughout the whole process to me and my family. Everything was laid out in a clear and straightforward manner right from the start & there was none of that back & forth with hours of waiting before everything was finalized. Total time at the dealership was less than 5 hours & half of that was due to me trying to make a final decision on purchase. My 2017 Buick Regal was used & had a cosmetic issue that I requested attention on a few weeks after purchase. Michelle at the body shop was very patient & listening to my concerns. They provided me with a loaner car while they made the repairs & I couldn’t be happier with the results. The price was beyond fair. I wish I knew everyone’s names that I interacted with over the last few weeks because they all deserve a shout out. When it comes time to replace my wife’s car, I know Kelly will be the first place I’ll be looking. Highly recommend!!
