2015 MINI Paceman John Cooper Works ALL4

So my journey for a vehicle started at Carmax. ???? I drove to Carmax after work, after the customer service rep told me I would be guaranteed approved so why not, I’ll take the drive. Once I got there, I was met by the salesman and he was extremely nice to me. At that point we started selecting vehicles and I found one that I was interested in test driving. The drive went well and we went back in to work on paperwork. I got approved by 3 finance companies. I told them I would be back the next day to finalize the deal. That morning I got a call from a Sales Manager at Carmax asking me for more paperwork and if I had more income to report my credit report would need to be ran a second time. ???? At that point now I’m upset because this is not making sense. I gathered the paperwork that was needed but decided to sleep on it after my drive home. As I was driving home, I remembered another dealership that I meant to go to the first time. I called them up and spoke to Mauro ???? what an amazing patient experience from the beginning to the very end!!! I was approved within the hour and so happy to say that thank to MAURO AND THE ENTIRE CONWAY IMPORTS TEAM that I am now the proud owner of a BMW!!!!! My dream vehicle has come true!!! Anyone looking for a vehicle please RUNNNNNN TO CONWAY and ask for Mauro!!!! ????

Mauro was very helpful throughout my first car. He made me feel comfortable when I had questions about my new car and also was a great guy throughout the way. Definitely recommend coming here and asking for him since now I have a new car and a new friend.
