Truck in, truck out. I have worked with Miles on several, shall we say, unusual service opportunities. He has the charisma and delivery of the service requirements that make those situations a bit easier "going down"; and it is handled. Although my GMC has had issues, it is a quality used vehicle, that is just life. However, the back up from Oroville Motors was fantastic. Any dealership can sell you a vehicle, very please I bought mine at Oroville Motors...for the back up!
I came up to pick up a new Tahoe. Everybody was very helpful and friendly. Micheal & Richard quickly got my papers together , signed and I was on my way. A great dealership experience .
