Best Auto Group INC, This is my review of Mr Mike, and the excellent customer service he provided. Yesterday, I got my vehicle after a long search for buying a used car that fit my budget. Finally I found a car dealership - the above name - via CARFAX online, I called and set up an appointment, I was lucky to meet Mr Mike, who made the purchase process easy, he showed a respect and listened to me carefully about my concerns about the car’s condition without any resentment or irritation, rather he was patient and polite which eased my anxiety and hesitation about buying the car. Thank you Mike for your wonderful customer service and I highly recommend your business dealership as the best place to buy cars. And I promise you after a Three weeks start from today I will write and post a review of my car’s performance after driving and experiencing it. ???? Thank you again

I had the experience of meeting Mr Mike to purchase a car for my daugter. I will forever purchase cars from this gentlemem given the wonderful customer service he has shown!!!. Had some minor issues after purchasing our car and Mike was right there to handle the situation. Very Pleasant...refer him to friends and family!!!. I will be back to purchase a car for my son! He worked on his day off and I explained we could wait until regular business hours so he could spend time with his family! Mike has been outstanding. I consider myself a high maintenance customer who asks a lot of questions. Mike is patient and answers everything with no pressure.
