My wife and I searched around for a while looking for a Volkswagen Beetle. It was a car she had always wanted. We purchased one from Auto House on E. Dunlap and met with Goya. Nicest guy you’ll ever meet! We got a super clean car and couldn’t be happier with our purchase. Great price and no haggle! If you’re looking for a nice ride check this place out. My daughter and I initially chose to visit Auto House AZ because he had a few vehicles that were in our price range. After test-driving two cars we had made our selection. Just as we were finalizing the paperwork, I found another vehicle at a different dealership that I wanted to look at. Goya was extremely patient with us and didn't pressure us at all. We drove all the way to Mesa to look at a different vehicle. The other vehicle wasn't a good fit, so we called Goya back to tell him we'd take his RAV4. We had to wait for the bank to send the funds to him. Once again he was patient and professional, keeping in contact with us as the days passed because the bank was a little slow with the transfer. To the person who felt this place looked sketchy - one life lesson you might consider is to not judge a person or a business until you've actually interacted with them. I think it was very rude to review a business that you didn't even step foot in. It's your loss. Goya was nothing but polite and my daughter and I felt completely safe in his presence. He was very professional and knows cars and the car business. There is nothing fancy about this dealership, however, it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I would highly recommend Auto House AZ for a no-muss no-fuss car buying experience. 5 stars!
