Following the complexity of a 2 vehicle trade, I finalized the purchase of my ES350 yesterday. Elizabeth made the process smooth and painless. Her confidence and expertise was calming. He doesn’t work on commission so there wasn’t an intensity that I have usually felt when I have bought other cars.
