Great experience purchasing my E350. John was straightforward and honest about the condition of the car over the phone, which I really appreciate given the 3 hour drive I took over. I would highly recommend them. Fair and transparent pricing, they do good business.

Buying a car in Connecticut is not good, added fees brought the price to a figure that was astronomical, the salesman was good, but the man in the finance department was nice enough but the State added fees that were absolutely astounding. Because of this I couldn't afford the Infinity G37 that was a great car, even with a lot of miles on it! Because of this experience, I have decided to not buy a car in that State ever! Perhaps I did not make myself clear! The dealer is great, I have no complaints about them at all. Hitchcock is a wonderful place with great cars and greater people! My issue is with the State of Connecticut, they charge you $100.00 for trading a car! Then there are fees that are astronomical $1,000 plus. For State fees! It was terrible, to the point I will never buy a car in the State of Connecticut because of those high fees! I feel particularly bad for the dealers! ????
