2012 MINI Cooper -

LOVE this place. I got my car from here the day after Christmas. After a long week of searching my grandfather and I finally went to prime time as we just drove past it, I was completely over car searching because it’s a stressful thing. I was looking between two cars. A 2017 Hyundai & 2017 Honda. I was looking for a Honda or Toyota but after a long tiring search I was willing to “settle with whatever”. They were nice about letting me test drive as many cars i wanted because I was indecisive and nervous as this was the first car i bought on my own. Coming from an 2000 Toyota. After I decided on the Honda i really wanted 2019 or older because I’m a college student and commute a lot for classes. Jay showed me a 2019 Honda that looked exactly like the 2017 that I loved. I decided on the car and he was patient with me and my bank as they had to approve me for a bigger amount than i was already approved for. My bank was having technical problems releasing our funds and accepting our paperwork. I went to georgia and again Jay was very patient with me and my bank the whole time. Communicated with me until I received my tags and registration. I just experienced a minor issue with one of my fuses (nothing related to the dealership) and I called him and he got back to me right away, i went up there so he could look at my radio and he pointed me in the direction of his radio mechanic. As most dealerships it’s hard to get a response after the car is bought. Will be sending all my family to prime time! Thank you

I was fortunate enough to purchase 2 vehicles there.. They were friendly and negotiable, while helping me walk off the lot With My First Car! no down payments ect... We went to check out different cars in Sacramento for our daughter, found one here that was priced right and had 86,000 miles. Jay was great to work with, not high pressure, informative and kind. Felt great about the purchase went to gas station and the car died.....called him and he was great, we jumped it to get going and turned out the battery needed some help especially because of the heat that day. Jay always responded right away and paid for us to replace and get a brand new battery in the car. Very thankful for his honesty and diligence in making sure we were taken care of. I would definitely go back to Primetime Autos! My daughter absolutely loves the car.
