2012 MINI Cooper -

- Courteous, compliant and well informed sales rep (George) - Efficient sales process. Made it so easy for us. - We never felt “pushed” throughout the process. The team felt like consultants looking out for us to make a good decision and not like “pushy salesman”. - And of course… the car was superb.

If I was basing my review on sales it would be a 5. However within the first 30 miles my car has developed 2 defects. I went a whole day so far and no follow up to my complaint. After the sale is the more important than the sale. Update. They are working on it and hopefully it will be handled. Thankfully my salesperson Brandon is on the ball!

So I pulled the trigger for the wife again. This time she wanted the GV70 coupe, and I am glad to say Genesis of Charlotte knock the experience out of the park. George in sales and Ace in finance were great. Super helpful never pushy, and very understanding. Chad, what you did was very much appreciated. You guys are the best. Thank you an amazing experience!
