Century Kia never fails to please me. I wanted to upgrade my Forte to a Sorento, and I was connected with Rob Bailey (salesman) who was able to secure a competitive deal all through email/text within a few hours. On the day I wanted to take delivery, Rob had the car ready to go and the finance team waiting for me. I was in and out within 1 hour, which is unbelievable. I cannot speak highly enough about this dealership. Whenever I go in for service, they never try to swindle me and always have my car in and out in a timely fashion. 5 star rating. I did not like dealing with car dealerships, until I met Ernesto. He is polite, helpful, not pushy, and I love the car I purchased. He kept it for me when I wasn’t sure if it was the one and then got it. The entire team including Carlos in finance is excellent.
