2013 MINI Cooper S

I bought a John Cooper Works Mini Cooper from NY Auto Find. I live in Omaha Ne so I was a bit nervous buying a car sight unseen from such a long distance away. However from the first phone call to the last Brian was the perfect sales man. He explained the car in detail and sent supporting documents to confirm his statement s. The whole process went extremely smoothly and I received my car in the three day time span he promised. I love the car it handles like a dream. All the videos and research my husband and I did prior to buying this car paid off and this mini stands up to all the positive claims made about minis. Thank you Brian! Great experience purchasing a used car out of state. Brian Kelly was the salesperson that helped me and he made the purchase a breeze. Communicated the whole way and kept me up to date with the process. Literally delivered to my front door 4 states away. EASY!! Shopped online and called them up to make arrangements and handle the details. First time buying a car this way and would do it again for sure. Definitely holler at Brian if you see something on their website of interest, he will take good care of you.

Working with NY Auto Find was an absolute pleasure and extremely simple. I contacted them on a Monday night through their online contact page and received a reply Tuesday morning. James, my salesman, was extremely responsive and answered barrages of questions from me throughout the week. He was even willing to toss it up on a lift and take pictures of the undercarriage for me, I asked for one or 2, and got about 10. We were able to file all the paperwork over the phone/internet ahead of time, and james and the team had the car ready for me on saturday when i was able to make it up (4.5h drive from where I live). The car was flawless, one of the nicest cars I've ever seen, and definitely I've ever bought. Time at the dealership was painless, only a few minutes. Car had a 220-mile trip home, ran fantastic, condition is excellent, and price was reasonable. Would certainly do business with them again. UPDATE: It's been nearly 4 months since I bought this, and it's still running absolutely flawlessly! Beyond happy with the quality of car I got from them!
