4.5 stars. Very easy to deal with. They definitely vet their cars well, going above and beyond a basic safety check. Prices are a touch high but worth it with the checks and repairs they do before sale, and they will fix any issues that come up in the immediate period after purchase if you let them know immediately. They also have a 3 month, 3000 mile guarantee.

Honestly, had a great experience with West coast auto sales. Went in one day to test drive the car and bought it a few days later. Being a female they didn't pressure me into buying the car on the spot and gave me the respect and space to make my decision. The customer service was great and quick, hassle free. I knew what I wanted and they made it happen.

I fly from Houston Texas out to West Coast Auto Sales in Sacramento California after locating this beautiful Lexus IS250. The whole buying process was made extremely pleasurable from start to finish. My salesman name was Mani, his customer service was extraordinary. He answered all my questions and alleviated my concerns. His work ethic and devotion to me and my concerns over the vehicle were the deciding factor for me to make my decision on going to see the vehicle. Unfortunately, when I was flying out to see the vehicle he wouldn’t be in the office but another salesman named Charlie picked up right where Mani left off. This gentleman did all the paperwork and explained the warranties, etc. I even had a brief encounter with the manager named Raad. He actually met me when I first arrived on-site and got me the keys to the Lexus and put plates on the car so I could test drive it. I took the car on a test drive, took it to a local shop for a pre purchase inspection, and scanned it at Autozone for any possible trouble codes. After everything checked out I felt extremely confident/ comfortable with making the purchase. Even after completing the purchase and flying back home to Texas both Mani and Charlie reached out to me to let me know that my car had been released to the auto transport company and was on its way. Charlie even sent me pics of my car being loaded. You guys are the best! Great customer service and devotion to your client. I’d highly recommend if your in the market for a nice vehicle and want to buy it from an honest dealership that excels in customer satisfaction and service.
