I was able to find a car that suited my needs at Prestige Motorsport and James made the deal happen. He is polite, courteous and gave me the space and time I needed to think things through. He provided me facts of the deal that were not masked, he was open on all accounts, and provided truthful information along the way. In all honesty, I felt that he was advocating for me although he was the salesman. If I had more money to buy another used car I would not hesitate to deal with James at Prestige. I was looking at an Audi A4 and Sam was very helpful with getting me pre-approved. When I saw a newer Mercedes come in I decided to switch over to the Mercedes and they did it for me no problem.
