So i came back to let everyone know Mandy and the team did everything they could to correct a problem that was not their fault. Unfortunately they work with Goodyear company who stated they did an oil change on my vehicle when clearly they did not! I spoke with management over at goodyear who ended up pissing me off because how do you not know if your company truly did an oil change or not. At the end of the day I had to call Mandy and apologize because they had the receipts from Good year. Mandy ended up getting the problem fixed and remained professional at all times. Thank you House of Cars!!! The car is running great and the service was great!

The employees were very professional and open with the information of the vehicle. Great price and customer service, Mandy answered all of our questions with no hesitation, made sure we were content with our decision, and even offered extra services! I'm VERY satisfied and would definitely recommend!
