2012 MINI Cooper -

My experience with this dealership was beyond amazing! Mrs. Roberta contacted me on the day the dealership was closed (Thursday, 11/3/2022) and started the process right away with my inquiry on a 2015 Ford Mustang. She called me back later on that same day to inform me that she had the pre-approval for the financing and reviewed with me everything about the car. I didn't need to hear nothing else, I didn't even need to test drive this car (although offered) just because of the ???? blessing and the spiritual excitement of what was already underway on this car the moment I seen it online.....This purchase was the answer and the end of a three year search for a vehicle like this for my son for his 16th birthday. Mrs. Roberta said when can you get here? She was willing to see me on their closed day but because I had to travel from a distance, we meet on the following day. (11/4/2022). She texted me the directions and provided the link for all the necessary information and things I needed to bring to make the transaction smooth. Mrs. Roberta was on point with everything! I grabbed my best friend and we were on the road early morning for the three hour drive. Mrs. Roberta checked on me for my ETA and my best friend and I was already in Matthew's, NC down the street from the car lot having breakfast. At my appointment time the car was pulled out, the temporary tags was already on and paperwork printed out awaiting my signature. The show of professionalism, and care....I couldn't have asked for a better experience than the one I received by Mrs. Roberta and H Group Auto Sales. This place of business deserves to be on Matthew's, NC main strip of car dealerships FIRST to the national known dealerships. I give my solid ???? ???? recommendation to anyone and everyone in the market to purchasing a vehicle. Wherever you have to travel from.....Get there to H Group Auto Sales! The staff was great! Especially Ms. Robertha is great at her job. She goes the extra mile to make sure you care comfortable with your purchase . I bought a transit connect van from them and gave it a good testing before I did this review . Not only am I satisfied with the vehicle, but the service was top notch. Definitely recommended

Wow!! What great people to work with. They were very hospitable and welcoming. Offered to get us bottles of water several times on the hot day that we were there. They had a vehicle on their lot that I was very interested in. They allowed me as much time as I wanted to look over the vehicle and test drive. No pressure at all. Upon returning from the test drive I had found a small mechanical issue that I brought to their attention. Since I had travelled over 2 hours to get there they immediately offered to take it to their mechanic and have the issue looked at and corrected. It was a simple fix and was fixed that day so we could potentially work a deal. I ultimately decided to not purchase the vehicle not because they were not willing to deal with me or work with me, or that the vehicle was bad, but because I felt like it was not exactly the right vehicle for me. Whoever purchases the vehicle I looked at and test drove will get a solid, great vehicle. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a vehicle. Very honest and good people to work with.
