2014 MINI Cooper S

I'm a car guy. I drive a Porsche, and both of my kids have Audis. I was looking to replace my son's A6 with a newer one. We had gone to some authorized dealerships to check out some cars, then stopped by Metri to look at two cars they had. The car that he liked, I didn't, because I could see there was some type of oil leak. They had just gotten the car in, and had not yet noticed it. He called his mechanic on the spot (a local shop), and the mechanic was there in minutes to look at the car with me. The problem was found and fixed by the next morning. They even went over-and-above, and put a brand new belt on it. It didn't need a belt, but I expressed concerns about there being some oil on the belt from the leak. Jay make sure that I wasn't just satisfied, but happy. I was hesitant to buy from an independent dealer, but the 5 star reviews made me consider them. Now I understand where the rating comes from. They are honest, fair, and will do what it takes to make sure you're happy. My friends come to me when they are looking to buy cars. I will urge every one of them to consider Metri for their next purchase.

What an awesome experience from beginning to end!! We were already impressed with the website and detailed pictures, so when we arrived to the lot and the selection exceeded our expectations, we were pleasantly surprised. Jay and Javier have top notch customer service, are very patient, and their knowledge is outstanding. We purchased a car for our teenage son and Jay included him in the process and valued his input. We highly recommend Metri Motors if you are looking for a vehicle. We traveled within a 3 hour radius and no other dealer compared to their offerings and transparency. So happy to have found them!
