I drove 5 hours from Jacksonville, AR to pick up my 2017 Honda HRV LX (manual transmission) and I must say that I am very satisfied. Grisell was so amazing!!!! I called several times and she made me feel so comfortable about making the trip to Texas. She honestly answered every question I had and her husband was so kind to join me on the test drive, because I didn’t know my way around. ????The SUV drove so smooth, the engine was so quiet, and the gas mileage was EVERYTHING! Grisell went above and beyond to make my experience so amazing, she even let me try a sparkling drink that I’ve never had called Waterloo AND she sent me a text to make sure I made it home safely. I couldn’t ask for better service than this. I am so happy!????
