2012 MINI Cooper John Cooper Works Hardtop

Had a great experience at All Star purchasing a first car for my daughter. I worked with Jonny. No high pressure sales. No "let me go talk to my manager". It was just about assisting us to help find what fit our needs. He just wanted to ensure we left happy. We didn't do a ton of haggling over price. Spent less than 2 min. making an agreement. I wouldn't say either of us came out on top we just came to an agreement we both felt good with. Which is how it should be IMO. If I had come prepared with a check I could have shopped, test drove, done paperwork and been gone in an hour. Very quick and easy experience. Would recommend to a friend and will shop again in future.

Very low pressure experience. I entered the office knowing exactly which car I wanted to test drive, what I should expect in quality, and things to watch out for. Our interactions were friendly, polite, and to the point. They’re honest people. Bought a ‘13 Pius for a great price. The car had been decently maintained and I had no trouble getting it off the lot once I was approved for financing. I had borrowed a vehicle from my parents after my last car was totaled by act of nature. When my parents car broke down while I was driving it, I needed a reliable car, at a fair price, and I wanted a Prius. These guys pulled through and I was able to get a car when I needed it most. Great experience, highly recommend!
