2017 MINI Cooper Convertible

Ever since 2014 we have had excellent interactions with the staff here. From the sales team to the service team. They have always supplied us a loaner vehicle when necessary. The dealership is always neat and clean and upon picking up your car you can rest assured that they will wash your car. The waiting area is comfortable and there are places to eat within walking distance.

Great experience! I was looking nationwide for a good deal, and I found it here. Sami was wonderful, fully dedicated from the beginning to the end of the process. I was able to negotiate the price for my trade in comparison to other dealers and websites. Edgar, the manager made the process very easy and less than two hours I was out of there. My 3 hours drive was definitely worth it.

My Service Rep, Jairo Z is the BEST!! He always takes the time to listen to my car problems or request and makes sure the Job Is Done Right!! The MINI of Alexandria lounge and service facilities are always clean and their service and sales staff are always cordial. The clincher is the vacuum and wash service after every service. There’s nothing like a well serviced and Clean MINI :-)
