Ever since 2014 we have had excellent interactions with the staff here. From the sales team to the service team. They have always supplied us a loaner vehicle when necessary. The dealership is always neat and clean and upon picking up your car you can rest assured that they will wash your car. The MINI of Alexandria lounge and service facilities are always clean and their service and sales staff are always cordial. The clincher is the vacuum and wash service after every service.
