2020 MINI Convertible John Cooper Works

I just bought a Crosstrek Wilderness. I am loving it... but to be honest, I loved the entire shopping experience. At first, I was debating whether this car was for me since I was looking at other good brands. I spent days doing my homework trying to figure out quality, affordability and durability. Mind you, I have bought enough cars throughout my lifetime that sometimes I get anxious about purchasing a new car because it is not always a good experience, but Danielle was not pushy, she answered all of our questions, she was a non-anxious salesperson, and most importantly, she was patient with us. That allowed us to think for ourselves our best options. When we had finally decided we would get this car, her manager came in and was also able to work with us and meet us 1/2 way. We have been Atlantic Subaru customers for well more than a decade. This is a great dealership with an outstanding service department! The service dept. foreman Peter has always gone out of his way to be fair, and honesty comes naturally to him. He has a very pleasant demeanor as well. All the techs have been great! Mike is a Subaru Master Technician who has earned our confidence; so, Jesse (our very favorite employee there) has him work on our Forrester. We have found all the employees in the service department to be competent and friendly. Jesse knows our car and there is never any concern that something will be missed. A lovely, knowledgeable, highly competent woman! Lastly, and after the appearance of the lot and building, this is the first thing that potential customers will recognize: The sales department is run professionally! When our car is in for service we generally walk around the lot admiring the wide variety of high end luxury cars and trucks. When sales personnel approach, they are always courteous, professional, and non-imposing.
