George just sold my car for me. He handled the whole process from detailing, photos, advertising, etc. He got me a very fair price and a quick turnaround. I plan on purchasing my next car through Cumberland. The whole process was painless, and George is a very pleasant man to do business with. 5 stars!

There is a reason George has been getting 5 star reviews for 20 years: he wants you to come back for all your future cars. He is talented, able to fight for your best financing offer, has quality cars and will follow up after the sale to make sure you’re 100% happy. George has gotten friends of mine with poor credit into a safe reliable car, and he’s just an amazing person. Don’t walk — RUN to Cumberland Auto Sales! They’re that great!

Looking for a new to you car? A previously owned truck or SUV ? Don't want to spend the day sending deals to the manager, being worked over by salesman and pushed to the finance and insurance department ? Well take a trip to Cumberland Automotive Sales in Des Plains and actually talk to the owner George Zervos. George is a very proud second generation Chicagoan, he's been in business for decades. He cares for his city, customers and country. It's only honest no pressure deals at Cumberland Automotive Sales. George honestly wants to put you in the vehicle that you want at a fair price that works for your budget. Don't see the vehicle that your looking for ? Stop in and talk to George, with his decades of experience in the industry, chances are he can find it for you. Want to sell your ride and don't want to deal with all the loockyloos, people not showing up, others low balling you ? Take it down to Cumberland Automotive Sales talk to George and he will work out a fair deal with you. He doesn't have 300 cars, 40 salesman, 10,000 square foot showroom and tons of overhead so that means he can give you MORE for your Auto than most lots. Need a tune-up, fluids changed, a mechanic that's a professional ? Well Cumberland Automotive Sales has an independent auto mechanic shop with an ASE certified mechanic that's been there as long as George. Stop in and Pette will take care of you like you were one of the family. An old saying in business is that "it's not a good deal until both sides are dissatisfied". Well I can tell you that I was VERY satisfied with the deal George and I came to. He really helped me. It wasn't belabored, it was very honest and respectful and I got a great deal. My Brother, my Son and I had been searching the U.S. for a wheelchair van for my Mom who suffered a significant stroke more than a year ago. After weeks of striking out, or vehicles being sold out from under us, we found a beauty at Cumberland Automotive Sales. We live in Montana. I called and spoke to George directly. I tell you what, I made a friend that day. We talked about the van, my Mom and the importance of her independence. George was very helpful. We worked out a deal that we were both very happy with. He really wanted to help my Mom regain her freedom. He gave me a quote on shipping and I decided that I wanted to fly to Chicago and meet George and then I would drive the van back. Soon as George heard that I was going to fly in, he offered to pick me up at the airport. Wow now I didn't have to pay cab fare and deal with all of that. It was obvious that George was a proud Chicagoan, so I hit him up to share some famous Chicago food with me. On our way to the dealership we swung through Portillo's and picked up a hot dog, excellent. We then stopped in at Giordano's and placed an order for a deapdish stuffed pizza. Wow !!! Now that's a Pizza !!! It was like taking a bite of heaven. We then had an enjoyable time as he introduced me to the van, which was a bit like finding a unicorn… less than 33,000 miles on it equipped with everything that my Mom needs , had some pizza and finished up the paperwork. I feel like George is a long lost friend… he damn sure is a new one. Do yourself a favor and stop in at Cumberland Automotive Sales. Talk to George and let him know how he can help YOU. Get an honest old school deal from a man who isn't going anywhere. It's convenient on and off the interstate. Close to the airport. Chances are you will leave with the vehicle you want at a great price… and have a new friend.
