I had a great experience with mike! He sold me a car and the whole process was super easy and quick. He was always super easy to get in touch with and on the ball for everything. Even offered to come in on his kids birthday if i needed because of my super busy schedule. Definitely going to recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car!

We worked with Mike to purchase a car for our son who is on his way to school out of town. He was not pushy and spoke to us respectfully. We were interested in a 2009 Subaru which we drove at two separate times before making the decision to buy. He took care of some little things that we noticed and made the process easy. We ended up having a problem with the car and we brought it back on a Saturday. Mike, who is a mechanic himself, said he would work on it Saturday and Sunday as we needed it by Monday as our son was leaving for school. Mike was able to solve the problem that Saturday. He explained in detail and showed us, what happened and what he did. Mike acted very professionally. He really wants to create a strong business at Transportation Center of WNY. I have bought two cars from the Transportation Center of WNY. They are a locally owned used car dealer. Bob, the owner is also the guy who goes to car auctions buying cars and trucks with over 20 years of on the job experience. He knows when an auction car is a good deal or not. After he secures the best deal off the day the cars are inspected by an independent shop. It something is not right with the car, it is fixed to meet state inspection before being sold to us car buyers. You can put your trust in Bob. He is a businessman and he knows cars.
