Absolutely incredible customer service. James was very communicative every step of the way, putting my mind at rest. He showed me what he was doing on my car and explained in detail what the process was. I learned a lot about my car. I have a mini countryman 2013 and after it broke down for the second time this time I took it to EM POWER. And so happy i took it there. I was told when it first broke down I would need to replace my head gasket. So for the second time it broke down James told me this wasn’t the case. James replaced my turbo which was where a massive oil leak was coming from. I will be back for sure for any maintenance and all the work is warranted. Thank you James
