2015 MINI Cooper Base

I made a purchase of a 2018 Chevy Camaro from this establishment. The initial test drive went smoothly without any problems. However, after a couple of days, I noticed an issue with the car. I promptly brought it to the attention of the service team, who efficiently resolved the problem under the 60-day free warranty provided for all purchases. Since then, I have not encountered any further issues with the vehicle. The prices offered here are highly competitive, the staff members are exceptionally courteous, and my personal sales representative, Ken Federici, is not only a genuinely nice person but also goes above and beyond to ensure a seamless and comprehensible experience. I purchased a 2018 F150 from them in March. They had a very good selection and competitive pricing so I made the 90 minute drive down to buy my truck from them. They gave me a fair trade in for my Ranger as well. My reason for not giving 5 stars was after I bought the vehicle I asked a few times for copies of the brake work etc. that J&M did to get it ready to sell for my records. It just felt like after deal was done they didn't want to be bothered and I never got a response back.
