The Services Manager, Todd, has been so supportive in teaching me things I don’t know, and they’ve all gone out of their way to take care of me when others would have either turned me away until an undisclosed date or charged me an insane amount. My MINI runs as smoothly as the first day I took it home. Given that I am a bit nervous by nature, it has been a huge relief to my life that I’ve never had to worry about my vehicle as I trust their work, and they’d be available to me in minutes should something ever come up. They seem like they really value a fun and inviting atmosphere so waiting in the office for services, etc., has never felt like a chore. I recommend this shop to literally every person who tells me they are in search of a new vehicle.
