2015 MINI Cooper -

My wife and I purchased a vehicle from Crownover's and had some MAJOR issues with the vehicle after only 10 days. We had our entire family, 6 total, about 1.5 hours away from Marysville headed to an appointment, when the head gasket blew. I called Ethan and told him what happened but he was working a different job at the time and called Andrew. Andrew dropped what he was doing and got a large van and drove over to get us on a Saturday! On a SATURDAY! Ethan and Andrew took GREAT care of us through-out the processes of getting the vehicle fixed while allowing us to borrow a different vehicle to use while ours was being fixed! These two boys have stayed busy and bent over backwards to help us. If they treated us with this much respect and patience through a highly stressful situation, I can only imagine how well they take care or the others who don't have issues. I wonder how many other dealers would have done such a thing?! As they have said previously, they have moved a LOT of cars this past year and sometimes a bad one will slip through. When it did, they took care of us the best they could and didn't complain once about it! When we need another vehicle, we will most defiantly be coming back to see them!

These guys a are great. Sent them on a wild goose chase with some fairly strict vehicle criteria and the searched for nearly a month straight and found me what I was looking for at a great price.

These young gentlemen are so respectful and go out of their way to make sure you're getting what you want for great prices. You'd be hard pressed to find a harder working group of people. I will always head to them when I'm needing a vehicle. They sold me my Minnion Machine and I love it!!!
