The car has a excellent history across the board with a fully clean Carfax, not even a minor accident, 1 owner and 32 service records on the Carfax. The car has lived in the Southern climate its entire life and has never lived up North. It has also been franchise dealership serviced which means it has had the best technicians in the industry installed OEM parts. It has been serviced at all required intervals and has a ton of recent service items completed. It has had the engine mounts completed at 116K miles. Spark plugs were completed at 108K Miles. At 107K miles the car has had new rear struts installed for the suspension, the timing cover gasket was completed and front and rear brake pads were installed. The car just passed a NC emissions inspection which ensures that the car has no check engine lights or any pending check engine lights. Everything works on the car as it should and it has no error lights on the dash. It just had a fresh oil change completed 100 miles ago as well. This was my first time buying from any used car dealer. These folks were great to deal with and in fact great to just sit around and chat with! They are more like enthusiasts so with my particular car I actually learned a lot. Some of the bad reviews I think could have been avoided by doing what I did: get a pre-sale inspection. These sales are as-is so do your due diligence.
Raleigh Auto is the best car dealership I've ever done business with. I bought a car from them back in September, and have enjoyed it immensely since. The car I was interested in was a 5 speed, and had never driven a stick before, so they gave me an over an hour-long course in driving a manual in a nearby parking lot. Their prices were very fair, trade-in values competitive, and best of all Raleigh Auto Inc is family owned. I was in-and-out relatively quickly. Great group of people over there. 5/5!
