2015 MINI Cooper Base

A little over a year ago I found one of the ugliest cars I’ve ever seen online and the closest one to me was in NH at a Subaru dealer; two things I hate more than taxes. However they were so cool and supportive of my quest to acquire said vehicle and made sure it could come true. Since then I’ve hit a tree with it, driven like a crazy person on I95 and been up to nothing but mischief. Haven’t had any issues with the vehicle and it’s been loved amongst all my vehicles, trust able staff that made me feel some semblance of joy in life again. If they get more weird looking vehicles I know I’ll be back.

During a busy time I inquired online about a new 2024 Subaru Forester Tri City had in stock. Kathleen was very responsive and and instrumental in quickly laying groundwork for an attractive deal. I made the 50 minute drive to the dealership and was greeted by Brian. Patty brought Brian up to speed on the work I had done with Kathleen. He was friendly personable to work with and we quickly reached an agreement on the final numbers. Brian knows his job and product full stop. Several people working together synchronously shows the dealership's value in teamwork. Brian did establish himself as the point of contact for any post-delivery questions. I sent him a couple of texts after delivery on two questions I had. There was no response on either of them. A little hiccup there, but not a deal breaker - no pun intended. Thank you for making this experience EASY.
