They have friendly staffs and managers. And they are willing to negotiate. In addition they have better car price than most of other car dealerships. I don’t know why there are so many negative reviews but my experience is super good. Overall, unbeatable price and good customer service.

This is the second car I’ve bought from them and I can say nothing but good things. They are the best dealership in Arizona, if not America! First car I bought was a Mercedes Benz C300 AMG. I just bought a Lexus IS250C yesterday. They are honest, and work really hard to make sure you leave happy. I left the same day with my new car within an hour of being at the dealership. No hassle whatsoever. Definitely come to them if you don’t want to deal with what causes most dealers to get a bad rap; ie “More money down, etc-etc”. They worked with my budget and I left happier than I thought I would. Happy with my purchase this is the one and only dealership to purchase from. You’re in good hands with Tucson Used Autos.
