Auto Galaxy has gone out of its way to provide outstanding customer service. They (Lori is great)took the time to show me several cars when I arrived. She actually knew details of the vehicle. And they assisted in making sure I could quickly finaince. I purchased a Lexus Hybrid and shortly after purchase the hybrid battery went out. I contacted Lori and she quickly made sure a new battery was ordered. They provided me a loaner vehicle during repair and made the process seamless. And most importantly they honored dealership warranty. I feel like they care about the service they provide and ensure customer satisfaction. Trusted dealer!
