Bought a car from them recently and had a wonderful experience. Being young in the military, a major fear is being taken advantage of by dealerships. However, salesman Ryan David took great care and explained the process to me in the simplest way possible and made it all make sense, also providing a healthy background and maintenance history of my vehicle, making me more comfortable with the purchase. The whole team is great. Recently a light came on. Thanks to communication from the salesman, Ryan to the manager, James. I was taken care of. James assisted me when it came to keeping my car serviced and running in an orderly manner. I truly appreciate KAB, more specifically Ryan for a great initial experience and James for sealing the deal and continuing to provide great customer service and support even when not obligated to do so.
