We were looking for a decent cool car for our son and found it at Modern Auto Sales Jax for an EXCELLENT PRICE!!! Thank God it was at this dealership because it is like one of those rare awesome mom and pop stores that offer true customer service compared to some of these bigger brand name dealerships that tack huge hidden fees on top of the price. They are so nice, respectful, prompt, and professional! It was a blessing to meet the owner, his son, and his partner. This by far is the best place to buy your car from!! Luiz and his coworkers will make sure that you are taken care of!! EVEN AFTER YOU FINISH PAYING OFF YOUR CAR!! his customer service is UNMATCHED!! He makes you comfortable and he is very HONEST !! He will tell you everything about your car you need to know before you buy it and he is just so sweet . Any time i need help or need to ask a question about my car he is there to help !! And he always has nice cars to choose from!! If i want to get another used car or trade mine in i definitely will come back to luiz !! This is my second car and i have had the best experience!!
