2014 MINI Cooper S

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at 777 Nissan. The two people that helped me, Panda and Jason, were cheerful and very efficient. Jason reminded me to get my house keys out of my car. He then offered me coffee from their fancy coffee maker and scheduled me a Lyft back home. I was there maybe 10 min. They finished it the same day and even did a complementary wash on it and a Lyft back to pick it up. This place offers far more than you can normally expect from a car dealership. I’m happy (and not surprised) to see that other people have had similar positive experiences too.

I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. WOW. Also, they are Brand new and only have been open for a couple of months now! My husband and I had inquired about a 2023 F150 they had. We filled out a quick thing online but I didn't leave my phone number. I ended up calling really late, 8:30pm on Thursday. I was pleasantly surprised that Pedro answered the phone. He was so nice. He said hey we don't close until 9. You guys can come now and test drive. I said you sure? We won't get there until almost 9pm.. he said of course! That we weren't a burden at all and that he would wait for us. I sent my husband and they were WONDERFUL! They spoke to him until 10pm and had me on speaker phone. We agreed to keep in touch in the morning to go over the details of finalizing the deal. Pedro messaged us right away saying he would be in contact in the morning. Fast forward, Pedro was in touch with us all day until we got off of work. We went in after work and we were greeted by everyone at the dealership. Very nice people! Jose helped us too. I guess he had entered my info in the system? But Pedro is the one who was in contact all the way through. Jose was very nice and we talked with him while doing our application. Throughout the process, Pedro came back and asked how we were doing. We had Issac, Pedro and Jose sit with us to make a deal. Very honest, transparent nice guys. We were sold! They even made sure we knew the price with GAP and explained how there's would be better than the Credit union. They sold me on it. Once we got to financing Scott was very nice and helpful! He let us know everything we were signing. Nothing hidden. We were chatting away with him while signing finance docs. Finally, we we went to move everything from my husband's old truck to his new one. Jose stayed to talk with him and help him. Pedro stayed and spoke with me. He spoke so highly of the owners who by the sound of it, are some of the nicest people. I believe it too, they hire some very great people. Pedro, Jose and everyone at this dealership seem like genuinely nice, honest people who want to help people get into a vehicle for the right reasons. I recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone. I told them my sister-in-law and brother love Nissan and have a paid off Versa with over 100,000 miles they'll want to upgrade soon. With the 0% APR special for some of the Nissan's they have, who can pass that up? Thank you 777 Nissan!
