My wife was pulled out in front of the speedway on Madison Street. It totaled her work vehicle. The vehicle she was in we had purchased from Ernie cook about five years ago and it was a GREAT commute car. No major work had to be done to it during that time except a battery change and occasionally tire changes. So being satisfied customers from before we went back to see what they had. Ernie's granddaughter was at the front desk and helped us with the test drive and once over. She was courteous and didn't try to lead or rush us. She was knowledgeable but let us "kick the tires" so to speak. We even left to have lunch and talk it over first. We checked out a few more places but returned to Ernie's for a final look over. We decided on the car and within no time we were on the road.

Very accommodating. Met me on a Sunday outside of business hours. The transaction was simple, quick, and low-pressure.
