From the beginning, I loved the easy communication I had with Car Shop. Chester immediately reached out to me through text which was convenient about the SUV I inquired about. Then, it was easy street from there. I set up an appointment time, they had the SUV waiting for me when I got there. I was greeted kindly by Sarah who was very thorough and nice. She answered any questions and really made me feel good about my decision. I liked how I could test drive it on my own, and Sarah even let me borrow her aux cord so I could use the Apple Play in my new SUV. A new feature I’ve never had and it’s so cool! I would not have even known about it if she wouldn’t have offered her cord. The buying process was seamless. No haggling about cost, they traded my other car in easily and quickly and from start to finish I was VERY pleased with my purchase. We love our new Nissan Rogue! I will definitely buy from Car Shop next time again!! Thank you!! ????

I have purchased multiple cars from Carshop, most from the Robinson location and one completely online. Always a great experience with excellent customer service during the sale and after. The cars have all been excellent, I've put 180,000 miles on the first one I purchased and it's still going strong. Prices are competitive or beat other online sites. When you go, ask for Chester, he was great!
