His honesty and transparency were refreshing compared to other dealerships I visited and I felt confident I was getting the best value for my money. Justin’s knowledge of the cars was impressive. He took the time to show me everything thoroughly, making sure I was comfortable with all the features of my new vehicle. I had visited three other dealerships before finding Piazza Honda of Springfield, and none of them came close to the experience I had here. The team was open and honest, providing clear information and excellent customer service every step of the way. The dealership itself was clean and well-organized. The selection of cars was impressive, and I never felt pressured to make a decision. Instead, I felt supported and informed, which made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. The staff were supportive, (not pushy), efficient and provided all the facts in words that I understood the price, taxes and the warranties. I would highly recommend Piazza to folks who are looking for a new or used car. (I bought a used car).

I was able to work with Frank Crinite and he laid out the red carpet for us. I came with a laundry list of needs for 3 kids in car seats and he was able to put me in a new 2024 Odyssey in both the price point and timeline I needed. I couldn’t have asked for a better car buying process. We were met with kindness and ease from the manager to the mechanics who set up my car. The dealership itself is pristine so waiting as I signed papers and they prepped my car for me was enjoyable. Hands down I would recommend them to anyone in the car process.
