White glove service with a smile - made the whole process of buying a little white Beetle for my daughter seamless despite the teen drama she put him through on test drive day! He worked with me over the phone while I was on a business trip to arrange the sale and it all went fantastic making one new young driver very happy! As for Jamie James Motor Company I cannot say enough complimentary things about their whole operation! Everyone there is a pleasure to encounter and they do all they can to be sure you have a first class experience doing business with them. Even have them looking for another little gem of a convertible for me this time! Mama needs a toy of her own! I LOVE the fact that I can take the Beetle to them for service and repair as well -my past experiences finding good mechanics to work on imports has always been a hassle but not anymore. My husband saw a car on the lot and after many times driving by, we finally stopped in to look at it. We met with Robert James and found him so easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. He really listened to what we were looking for and showed us a few cars and we loved one of them right away! It was such a great experience working with Robert. His wife Jamie came in and we were so impressed by how nice they both were and how knowledgeable and honest they were! We bought it on the spot!
