The Mini of Warwick staff were exceptionally helpful, professional, and most patient with our Mini purchase. This was the first time purchasing an electric vehicle. We travelled to Warwick, RI, from the northwest corner of CT, and arrived with both apprehension and skepticism. After all, the car buying experience for most of us is rather daunting and stressful. But to our pleasant surprise, Donna Keane (Motoring Advisor) and Nick Grassini (Sales Manager) were two _outstanding_ folks at Mini of Warwick that allowed my wife and I extended time (that is, several hours!) looking over and test driving our future EV with _zero_ sales pressure. We examined two Mini SE EV’s before making our final selection. The experience was surreal and a true model of how the vehicle shopping experience should be for everyone.
