5 stars across the board! Jorge Gutierrez in the Service Department is the best! If repairs need to be done, Jorge is the go-to guy. He explains the repairs in great detail and always stays in communication throughout the repair process. Mini of Universal City has always had a great reputation, and Jorge takes it to all new high. I inquired here years ago looking to purchase a manual transmission vehicle. When all the other dealerships laughed at my request. It was only here at Universal Mini where a sales representative emailed me weeks later to let me know a new car became available. Since then I have brought my car here for service. The team here is absolutely the best!! However I have to give a major shout out to Jorge in the service department. He is an absolute gem there. He has always kept it real managing expectations, finding solutions, and always makes time to answer questions and explain things. His and the over demeanor of the team is always so pleasant and accommodating they really take they stress out of maintenance and always make me feel like a valued customer.
