I live in Northeast PA and found the car I wanted at Saugus Auto Mall online, and after having an inspection done, went and picked up the car. Ali was very helpful and polite. When I arrived he had the car washed and filled with gas for me. I looked around the lot and it seemed like the rest of the cars they had they were in very good condition. This is definitely not one of those "beater" used auto lots, all the cars seem to be cared for and well maintained by both previous owners and the Saugus Auto Mall staff. I was worried that the car was not going to be in the condition that Ali had assured me it was, but I can confirm that he was telling the truth about the condition of the car and can vouch for his trustworthiness. Highly Recommend.
We looked at a lot of VW Golf TDIs when searching for a reliable first car for our son. They took care of all the maintenance that was promised, got me a terrific rate on financing through a local credit union, and had the car ready when promised. I'll look there first for all future car purchases.
