I went in to get my car serviced. When I say I was dreading going to the dealership that would be an understatement. When I was treated by my service advisor Karla my guard slowly started to come down. She was by far the happiest and kindest person I have ever dealt with at a dealer. She listened to all my concerned insured me she would handle all of them. That’s exactly what she did. She kept me up to date on everything going on. I had an outstanding experience at BMW Fort Worth Service thanks to my service advisor, Christopher Stoker. From the moment I arrived, Christopher was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making sure everything went smoothly. He kept me updated throughout the entire process and took the time to clearly explain what was being done and why.
Had an amazing experience at their recent event for their brands that focused on electric vehicle driving and the new models coming out, no sales pressure, just test driving, dinner, and some bonuses. First experience with them so willing to do business with them again. Hopefully they put on more events like the one we attended.
