I went in to get my car serviced. When I say I was dreading going to the dealership that would be an understatement. When I was treated by my service advisor Karla my guard slowly started to come down. She was by far the happiest and kindest person I have ever dealt with at a dealer. She listened to all my concerned insured me she would handle all of them. That’s exactly what she did. She kept me up to date on everything going on. If I had a question she had the answer immediately or she found the answer for me. I will definitely continue to come back as long as I get to see Karla. Had an amazing experience at their recent event for their brands that focused on electric vehicle driving and the new models coming out, no sales pressure, just test driving, dinner, and some bonuses.
