Buying the truck was good. But try to get things repair or fixed under warranty is a hassle! It took three trips to and from ( and one to discount tire ) sam paks ford just to get a tire repaired have been trying to get my seat fixed for months was told I would be put on a waiting list but they could not even tell me what month .(Update) since I have posted Sam Paks Five Star Ford Carlton has called me and worked thangs out my truck is in for repair now they are very good in communication with me on what is going on with my truck (last update on this issue) my seat was fixed like new. Their was some plastic and paper mat left in the truck but as soon as I pull it out the service advisor came and got it. He was very helpful. I feel good in Recommending Sam Paks Five Star Ford Carlton Texas to service your car or truck.

I went in just looking at my options to forecast buying towards the end of the year, mostly because of current interest rates, but Robert helped me find a new Bronco Sport that was not only within my monthly payment window target, but was also the color and trim I wanted and had all of the packages I was looking for.
