Check in process was easy and quick with no waiting, kept me informed about the service progress and recommendations for other services needed, included a video with what actually was done and other problems that existed. Appreciated that I was given a loaner to use once it was discovered that services could not be completed within that day and that way I did not have to wait at the dealership all day. My service provider was very friendly and professional and courteous and accommodating. Overall, a very good experience, thank you so much.

My car would not start. After servicing my 2015 mini convertible s at mini of Towson, my car drives like a brand new car. My advisor Justin was awesome! He went over the repairs with me and we found a way for me to get the repairs done without breaking the bank.
