2017 MINI Cooper S

By far the best dealership experience I've ever had in my many years of purchasing cars. From the get go when placing my order for a custom Mini cooper S convertible everything was smooth and painless. Butch, the sales person, was incredibly courteous and responsive. Once my car was ready for delivery, I went to the dealership expecting, as anyone who has dealt with shady dealerships in the past would, some sort of unpleasant surprise. But nope, till the very end they went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of and that the experience was a pleasant and happy one. I went to the dealership with the family, and upon seeing my children, the sales manager offered them coloring books and little toy minis. It was an incredible gesture to put a smile on their faces. This is how car buying should be. I know next time I'm in the market for a mini or bmw, I'll be going to the Madison dealer.
