Orlando Mini was simply AMAZING! From start to finish both Francisco & Jim the manager were engaging, positive & responsive to our requests. I had my car serviced at Orlando Mini and Tiffany was my service advisor. She listened to my concern, and was able to have my car in and out in no time! I highly recommend the service department here at Orlando Mini and especially if you talk to Tiffany, I’m sure you will be very pleased. By the way, the dealership has amenities in the waiting room if you’re thirsty, or you want to have an ice cream or you just want to have a cup of coffee. They provide all kinds of juices and water and various edibles. It was an awesome experience, and I highly recommend the Orlando Mini Service Department and the dealership for your mini Cooper needs!
