2015 MINI Cooper S

I have been wanting to look for a hybrid for awhile now, I did some searching and was looking for a vehicle with great gas mileage. I ended up coming across the Kia Niro hybrid, I saw one and knew it was what I wanted. I usually end up with the same color choices for a car which was either silver or charcoal. I had come across this fire orange and was like something definitely different about it. I had worked with David thru the process at one point I was interested in the mineral blue but ended up with my original choice. Thank you David and route 6 Auto Mall. If you have a chance check out this dealership, didn't have any issues and all my questions were answered. ????

I had John Gomes as my sales consultant and he was just amazing. He wasn’t pushy and he listened to what I wanted and my expectations and he met all of it. He was very personable and enjoyed my time with him. I also had Jen as the service associate to assist me when I first arrived and she is just the most pleasant person, she is so happy and it kind of rubs off on you. I appreciate someone actually engaging and interested enough to have a small conversation since customer service like this is rare. Lastly I met with Rob who was also very personable and great to chat with. We shared some funny stories and great conversation while talking through the agreement. Getting a new car can be very stressful and they all made the day easy and pleasant. I appreciate everyone , thank you so much!!!!

Absolutely amazing customer service!!! I bought a Kia from a used car dealership. When I bought it I did not know it had six recalls ! Kia reached out to me via mail to let me know. I brought my Kia to the Kia in Swansea to have the recalls serviced and these people are amazing ! They even gave me a ride home after I brought the car. The gentleman who drove me home was one of the kindest people I have ever met. Very happy.
