2015 MINI Cooper S

A superb purchasing experience. My wife and I were looking to replace her car with a small suv, with a specific configuration. After searching for a while, one popped up at Foley Motorsports. Negotiations were very low key, and we agreed upon a purchase price. There were a few items that needed attention on the vehicle, Foley took care of each and every one of them, and were reasonable with our requests. Matt, our salesperson, was excellent and timely with his communications. When we explained that we would be out of state for a bit, and provided our timeline for completing the sale, we were told "that's not a problem." We've had very negative experiences with previous dealers who said one thing, "not a problem", but as soon as they had our deposit their attitude changed. Matt and the team were terrific. Jon was a pleasure to deal with when completing the transaction. He offered us options for financing, but never applied an ounce of pressure to us. Simply put, the entire experience in dealing with Foley was pleasurable and without unethical/pressure-filled sales tactics. Dealerships take note - this is how you win customers.

My wife and I agree that we have never had such a positive experience at a car dealership! At times it seemed almost surreal, as we kept waiting for some complication or long delay. That time never came. In fact, Nick our sales representative was so relaxed and efficient with us there was never an issue. From a test drive on our own, to arrangements for financing, everything was a breeze. The entire transaction, including all the elements involved, took less than 1.5 hours. This was particularly import to us as we had been to three dealerships that day after driving up from Cape Cod. We had requested that the car be cleaned before we picked it up. They surprised me by actually detailing it to a level I never expected. Our Audi 2022 SQ5 looked like it had just been driven out of the showroom. Finally, we recommend Foley Motorsports to anyone in need of a vehicle. Nick even provided us with suggestions of where to have dinner in town!! It is well worth the trip, no matter where you live, to Foley Motorsports.

Had an excellent experience with Foley buying our car. It was pressure free and they were very flexible with timing and testing out the car. Financing was easy and everyone on staff was friendly and above board. While we didn't get anything on the negotiating price-side, our salesman did give us 4 new excellent tires as well as touching up and refinishing all 4 rims making them look brand new. That made the deal good enough for us, and we love our new Audi SQ5. Highly recommend Foley!
