First went to two dealers looking for a Cadillac for my husband as a first time buyer to establish some credit . Was told that the initial down payment amount and no credit wouldnt approve us for Cadillac.The third stop and final stop was Nora auto sales .We checked all three cars oils and their Cadillac had the best looking oil . Plus ,I felt like we got the best deal .All staff was friendly and helpful . We went to go buy a car from them a couple weeks ago and I bought a 2017 Toyota Camry for a great price. I took it to a mechanic after I bought it and they said it looked great and there were barely any issues. It also passed the VA state inspection with no issue, even with buying this car from out of state. The only problem was that the key didn't work so I've been using the physical key to drive it. However, this dealer sent us a check to buy a new one from Toyota. They were very responsive and honest people which is harder to find in the used car market. This was my first car buying experience and I felt confident purchasing from them. Would highly recommend buying a car from them.
