These five stars are for “Antonio” specifically! I thank God that when I called, he was the one that picked up the phone. I lucked out BIG TIME!!! As a customer, you are already stressed out that your car is giving trouble, but when you have people like Antonio that is easy to talk to, call you to check up on you, keep you in the loop with what’s going on with your car , and is very TRANSPARENT and TRUTHFUL about everything with your car, it makes your experience a million times better!!! Knowing that I was without a car while they worked on it, the simple fact that he called and checked to see how I was doing, says a lot about his character! Antonio is a blessing to the service department! He made sure that I didn’t get my car back until everything was perfect! When I went to pick up my car, he even rode with me up the highway to ease my anxiety, giving me confidence that everything was perfect with my car!
